How this works

  1. Look.

    I look at your business the way a stranger would: the website, the Google listing, the photographs, what happens when someone reaches out. Then I reply with one thing I noticed and one next step.

  2. Talk.

    A free conversation about what you've built and what would make your life easier. Nothing to prepare.

  3. Build the first step.

    One build, sized to where you are, from a fixed list. If the first step needs photographs, I make them as part of the build. I'll tell you which one fits, and why.

  4. Grow if it earns it.

    Nothing else gets added unless the first step proves it should.
