Connected Business Systems
Custom systems for inquiries, sales, and client care. Your website already catches the inquiry and answers it. These systems handle what comes after.
Extends, not replaces
Every website we build already includes the lead layer: your inquiry form works, the inquiry is captured and organized, you get notified with enough context to respond, and the person who wrote gets an immediate confirmation. That is part of the website, not one of these systems.
The systems on this page are sold separately, and they do not require a website from us. They can be built alongside a new Candor + Halo site, or connected to the site you already have without redesigning or rebuilding it. They are for businesses where inquiries, follow-up, or client care depend too heavily on memory, manual steps, or information scattered across different places. None of them come off a shelf. Each one is designed around how your business actually runs, which is why each is scoped and quoted separately.
Tell me what is falling through the cracks and whether you already have a website. I will tell you what a system would need to do, and whether your site can carry it as it stands.
Ask About a Custom SystemHow the three systems relate: First Contact receives and organizes a new inquiry, Interest to Client supports the path between interest and becoming a client, and Client Care supports the work after someone says yes.
First Contact
Additional ways for interest to enter, brought into one organized flow, with follow-up that continues beyond the website's first confirmation.
- Additional entry points
- One organized flow
- Continued early follow-up
Interest to Client
Everything between interested and hired, including the part where they go quiet.
- Qualification
- Booking or purchase
- Follow-up when someone goes quiet
Client Care
After they say yes: the agreement, the payment, the check-ins, the review.
- Agreement and payment
- Onboarding and check-ins
- Feedback, review, and continued care where included
First Contact
Your website already catches the inquiry that comes through its own form. First Contact is for everything beyond that. Additional ways for interest to enter. Delivery of whatever someone opted in to receive, where that fits your business. Early follow-up that continues past the website's first confirmation. The inquiry sources included in your build land in one organized flow, so follow-up does not depend on which door someone came through.
Interest to Client
Everything between interested and hired. Qualification, booking or purchase, and follow-up when someone goes quiet. When nobody circles back, an interested person can disappear without ever saying no. This system makes circling back part of the structure instead of an act of memory.
Client Care
The work after someone says yes. The agreement, the payment, onboarding, check-ins, and feedback, review, and continued care where your scope includes them. It gives the work after "yes" the same structure as the work that earned the yes.
All three, or just the one that hurts
Most businesses do not need all three systems on day one. Some never need all three. Start with the one where things are actually falling through, and add the others if and when the business calls for it. Nothing here is bundled to pressure you; the systems connect to each other whenever they are built, in whatever order they arrive.
What these systems are, and what they are not
These are customer follow-up systems, and it is worth being precise about what that means. They are not payroll, point of sale, or accounting. They do not include advertising management. They do not include legal advice, and your agreements remain yours to review with your attorney. Social media and content creation are not included by default. And none of them come off a shelf: there is no license key handed over and no template with your logo dropped in.
Every system is optional, scoped separately, and quoted for your business. Your written agreement spells out exactly what yours includes before you sign.
Tell us what's falling through the cracks
We start by diagnosing where things slip before recommending a system. Describe the unanswered inquiry, the quiet prospect, or the client you meant to check on, and you'll get a straight answer about which system addresses it, or whether your website's built-in lead layer already covers you.
