Every base website includes basic lead capture, inquiry organization, internal notification, and an instant confirmation to the person who reached out. Advanced systems are optional and scoped to the business.

What happens after the first answer
The base website handles the first moment. An inquiry arrives, you hear about it, and the person who sent it hears back. What happens after that is different for every business, which is why it isn't in the base build. Connected Business Systems are custom systems for inquiries, sales, and client care: First Contact, Interest to Client, and Client Care. They are optional, quoted separately, and scoped to the way your business actually runs. They are customer follow-up systems, never payroll, point of sale, or accounting.

That is where a custom Candor + Halo website starts, not where every project lands. It covers the base build described above: the strategy, the design, the development, the copy, the photographs made for the pages, and the basic lead capture. Additional pages, a larger image library, brand identity as its own engagement, advanced systems, and photography travel beyond the Chattanooga area are quoted for your project.
No surprise fees. Everything that could change your total is named in your written quote before you sign. Nothing gets added afterward that you did not agree to.
Pay in full, or split it across two or three payments. Receive a discount when you pay in full. The exact amounts and dates are confirmed in your written quote. Work begins once the agreement is signed and the first payment clears.
Your site launches (or transfers) only after the final payment clears. No surprises on either side.
Two months of hosting are included, starting the day your site goes live. It ends automatically and does not renew. Ongoing website care is a separate optional plan, discussed during quoting.
